What can I say... Latin Americans are very used to struggle against adversity... So much sometimes that you can really get surprised if something comes out fine =P (don't get me wrong, this doesn't mean we are pessimistics over here).

There's two responses to the adversity that reaches all of us at one time or another -- let it make you bitter, or let it make you better.

My thought is no matter what type of reaction you have to the adversity, the first step in moving forward through it is to recognize it as a constraint, and then learn to embrace or work within that constraint.
